how does sofwave work?

With unique ultrasound technology generates heat into the mid-dermis of the skin, with integrated cooling technology it protects the uppermost skin layer from burning. This stimulates a healing response in the impacted areas and regenerates the collagen in the skin, with a result in reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.

what does sofwave feel like?

As the ultrasound is being delivered, patients may feel a slight warmness of the skin. This warmness can be resolved by applying a topical anesthetic prior to treatment. You are able to return to daily activities immediately post treatment. There is no special care to the skin needed.

how many treatments will i need?

Most patients only need one treatment. Some patients may benefit from an additional treatment depending on the area of the body that was treated and how it responds to the procedure.

how long does it take to see results?

Results can be noticeable as soon as one week post treatment. The collagen regeneration process can sometimes take up to 12 weeks to completion, so you will see ongoing improvements as time goes on.
